We were late getting into Sibiu last night and missed a real treat I'm told. The general consensus seems to be that Sibiu is the gem of Romania. Certainly, what we saw was clean, cared for and generally well looked after. The Old Center apparently is immaculately preserved and a real joy. I am trying to get hold of some photos, but haven't found anyone who took any yet !

Well Sue, Did you enjoy that run up 'the highway'? The photos look Brill. There seemed to be more traffic than I would have thought but they all seemed to be Morgans? Did only the four of you do this run? I'll bet it was cold up there as it says that there is only a narrow period when it is snow free.
Hi Frank, we all did it but as it's very difficult to get 12 Morgans together ( bit like herding cats ) we were in our own group! It was brill - just wished we could have done it twice, once to photograph and once to really drive it :) Only a bit of traffic really and yes it was cold at the top ! The market people were in full coats down to the floor keeping warm :))
